COMING UP ON MONDAY, APRIL 8, the Wellbeing Speaker Series will feature Dr. Michael G.Thompson, bestselling author of Raising Cain: Protecting the Emotional Life of BoysBest Friends, Worst Enemies, and more.  Dr. Thompson will be joining the district for a full day of events including two parent presentations (one in the daytime and one in the evening), a program for district administrators, and a professional development presentation for faculty members.  Please see the flyers below for more details.

All programs in the Wellbeing Series are free and open to the adult public.

The Community Outreach Program is a presentation series organized and hosted by the Office of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment and co-sponsored by the Ridgewood Education Foundation, the Federated Home and School Association and Columbia Bank.  The purpose of the Wellbeing speaker series is to provide parents and community members with opportunities to gain knowledge, acquire practical advice and tools, and hear perspectives from experts in their field on current topics of interest, in an effort to support the social and emotional growth of the children in their lives.
