To update parent/caregiver phone numbers and/or email addresses in Skyward, follow the steps below.
From a Desktop computer:
Note: Updates cannot be done from a mobile device, but must be done from a computer.
- Login to Skyward Family Access
- Go to Student Info on the left panel
- Click Request Changes for (your student)
- Select Family Information
- Review/Update the Primary Phone and Cell Phone information. A Primary Phone number is required in Skyward to receive notifications. If you do not have or use a landline, type a cell phone number into the Primary Phone field.
- Review/Update all email addresses
- Click Save
- To receive emergency alerts via text, be sure to opt-in to text messaging.
